Order and account data
We process contact details, delivery address, billing information, orders and, if you create an account, its access and history data. These are needed for the purchase contract, customer service and tax obligations. An order cannot be fulfilled without its required information.
Contact and service
When you contact us, we process your message, contact information and necessary device or purchase details to respond or provide a service. Do not send unrelated personal data or card details.
Technical data and legal bases
Site operation and security involve IP addresses, browser information, access times and requests in technical logs. The basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation and preventing abuse, with restricted access. Purchases or service rely on contract performance, tax records on legal obligations, and optional marketing or non-essential cookies on consent.
Recipients and payments
Necessary information is shared with hosting and technical support, carriers, payment providers and accounting support under appropriate safeguards. The provider identified during payment handles card data under its own notice. We do not request card details by email. Data is provided to competent authorities where legally required.
Retention and international transfers
Data is kept for the time needed for its purpose, service, potential claims and mandatory tax retention periods. Technical logs are retained only as needed for security and incident investigation. We review retention and delete or anonymise data no longer needed. Transfers outside the EEA require a lawful mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
