Products and finishes
Check the exact model, generation and finish before ordering. Photos help with selection; colour reproduction depends partly on your display, and natural wood grain varies. Features relate to the specified version, not every model with a similar name.
Price and order
Retail prices include applicable VAT. Before submitting an order, review the product, quantity, address, total and delivery. Backorders require timing confirmation. An automated order-receipt message does not itself confirm availability. If there is an obvious error or an order cannot be fulfilled, we contact you for a solution or refund of any amount paid, without imposing a substitute product.
Delivery, payment and returns
Charges and available options are shown before final submission. Delivery and returns pages explain collection, withdrawal and statutory protection. Any specific cost or timing arrangement is communicated before you commit.
Using the site

Email info@stereopark.gr with the order number. You may contact the Greek Consumer Ombudsman or another competent body where its eligibility conditions are met. Greek law applies without removing mandatory protection or lawful jurisdiction available to a consumer where they live.
