Can you help me before I choose a model?
Tell us where you will listen and whether you need FM, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, CD or portable use. The Apopsis Sound team can advise on exact generation, connections and your space.
How do I see photos of the finish I will order?
Select the finish on the product page. The main image and available thumbnails change for your selection. Check the selected finish name before adding the product to the cart.
Is every older Tivoli Audio model available?
No. Check availability for the specific product and finish. An archive page at tivoliaudio.com.gr provides information and does not establish stock at Apopsis Sound.
Why is Bluetooth pairing failing?
Select Bluetooth on the Tivoli, forget any old pairing on your phone and pair again. The exact process varies by model. Tivoli’s official Model One BT guidance recommends this as a first step.
What should I check if Model One Digital Gen. 3 will not connect to Wi‑Fi?
Make sure your phone is on the intended network with Bluetooth enabled. Close the Tivoli Audio Setup app, restart the radio in Wi‑Fi mode and repeat setup. The official troubleshooting page gives model-specific steps.
Can I connect a wired source?
This depends on the model and generation. Check the input in its specifications and the label on your unit. Do not assume every model has AUX.
Can different ART generations join one Wi‑Fi group?
Check generations before planning multiroom audio. Tivoli states that Model One Digital Gen. 2 cannot connect over Wi‑Fi with ART Gen. 1 products.
How can I improve FM reception?
Move the radio and check its antenna according to the model manual. For Model One BT, Tivoli also suggests slowly sweeping the tuning dial through the FM range if reception is noisy or unstable.
What information should I provide for service?
Send Apopsis Sound the exact model and generation, the symptom, a photo of the serial label and proof of purchase if available. Contact the team before shipping the unit.
Can I order a battery for an older PAL?
Identify the exact generation and serial number first. PAL replacement part compatibility varies; Apopsis Sound can confirm the correct part before purchase.
Is support available for older models?
You can contact Apopsis Sound for assessment and advice. Repair feasibility and parts availability are confirmed case by case.
Is there an assessment charge?
For assessment outside statutory warranty coverage, the deposit is €24.80 including 24% VAT (€20.00 net). It is deducted from the final repair cost. If you decline a repair after assessment, the device is returned unrepaired and the deposit is not refunded because it covers diagnostic work. Remedies covered by the statutory guarantee are provided without charge.
How long does service take?
Initial assessment normally takes 2–5 working days and repair 5–20 working days. These are estimates dependent on the fault, workload and parts. We notify you of delays involving overseas parts orders. A final functional check follows completion.
What cover does a repair have?
The repair is guaranteed for six months from return of the device, covering the work and parts used. A different new fault requires a new assessment. This cover excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, impact, moisture, fire, lightning, power surges or unauthorised intervention. These exclusions and normal consumable wear do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
When should I collect the device?
Collect within ten working days of the completion notice. Thereafter storage costs €3.72 including VAT per day (€3.00 net), for up to 60 days. After 60 days a final notice is sent and any further handling follows the law exclusively.
