For a consumer distance purchase, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Send a clear statement to info@stereopark.gr or our postal address, including your name, order and product. No particular form is required.
Returning the goods
Return the goods within 14 days of notifying withdrawal, safely packed with their accessories. The consumer pays direct return costs unless otherwise agreed or the return concerns a fault. You may inspect goods as in a shop; additional handling that reduces their value may result in a corresponding deduction. Original packaging helps protect the goods but is not by itself a condition of the right.
Refunds
Refunds are due within 14 days of withdrawal notice. We may withhold them until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever comes first. Standard outbound delivery costs are refunded; the extra cost of a more expensive delivery choice is not. Refunds use the original payment method unless another method is agreed without a fee.
Faulty or incorrect goods
Contact the company for a remedy without charge under the seller’s legal responsibility. Repair, replacement, price reduction or termination apply subject to the conditions set by law. A shorter commercial warranty does not limit statutory protection.
Exceptions and other purchases
Statutory withdrawal exceptions apply only where their conditions are met, such as goods made to your personal specifications. Choosing a standard finish is not the same as custom manufacture. For in-store or business purchases, ask in advance about any voluntary exchange arrangements.

To ILIAS THERIOUDAKIS S.A. – STEREO PARK: I notify you that I withdraw from the purchase of [product], order [number], received on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]. Signature only if sent on paper.
